Ph.D. student in VINS (3rd year) supervised by PI. She spent two months (ERASMUS) at the University of Aveiro supervised by dr Mara Freire, and learned synthesis and characterization of IL, solid-liquids extraction of BACs from biomass.
She was awarded the Best Poster Presentation for their work titled “Optimizing the Extraction of Parthenolide from Feverfew: An Experimental Design Approach” at the 21st IUPAC International Symposium on Solubility Phenomena and Related Equilibrium Processes.
